Our story
It all began in 1986, when Puerto Pirámides was still just a small village by the sea. Malvina and Mumo arrived from Neuquén with a simple idea: to make their home in that corner of Patagonia they had fallen in love with.
That same year, in an empty hall of the old Hotel Español, a small pub was born. At just 18, with recycled furniture and a lot of determination, they began building a place that soon filled with gatherings, music, stories, and heartfelt food.
That is how The Paradise was born.
Over time, the project grew alongside the village. Friends, family, and travelers from all over the world became part of it, transforming that small pub into what is now a restaurant and inn, without ever losing its essence: a warm, authentic place deeply connected to nature.
For years, The Paradise was a meeting point for people looking for more than just a destination: they were looking for experiences, unique moments, and a real connection with the surroundings.
Today, we continue to grow with the same spirit as always. We believe in togetherness, genuine hospitality, and the magic of this place.
The Paradise is not just a hotel.
It is part of the history of Puerto Pirámides.
And that story continues.
